Standard Delivery

We deliver all orders direct to the address you have given to us by an express delivery service. Standard delivery is $9.95. Orders over $100 are delivered free of charge.

Dispatch

We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 3 working days. You can check the status of your order within the My Account section. (*working day is classed as Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays)

Where we Deliver to

We deliver to any valid postal address within Australia but we cannot deliver to PO Boxes. If you are based outside of Australia you will not be able to order direct from Audio-Technica Australia but you can find information on distribution in your country through your local Audio-Technica Website.

Missing Orders

In the unlikely event that your order has not arrived within 1 week and you have not heard from us, you should contact us with your order reference number. You can also track your order online using Star Track's Track and Trace service. Your tracking number will be emailed to you on dispatch and can also be found in the My Orders section within My Account.
