Question: How do I pair my Audio-Technica wireless headphones with my Nintendo Switch?

Answer: With the recent Nintendo Switch update that allows Bluetooth audio support, we thought it might be helpful to provide a guide on how to pair your Audio-Technica headphones to your Switch. We have tested the Switch with our current wireless headphones (excluding the ATH-G1WL, which utilizes an external USB Type-A transceiver that plugs into compatible Windows and Mac computers) to ensure that all models are compatible.

Before you start, you will want to make sure your Nintendo Switch is using the latest operating system.

1. Enter the System Settings in Switch and scroll down to find the Bluetooth® Audio option.

2. Turn on your Audio-Technica headphones and put them in pairing mode. Once in pairing mode select Bluetooth® Audio, and the Switch will begin searching for devices.

3. After a few moments, your Audio-Technica headphones will show up as a selectable audio device option.

4. Select your A-T headphones and you are ready to start playing!
