Question: Which HDC Series cables are compatible with my Audio-Technica headphones?

Answer: The HDC Series is Audio-Technica’s premium line of audiophile replacement headphone cables. Many customers may look to upgrade to these from their stock cable in order to get maximum performance out of their headphones. The HDC lineup is made to accommodate a variety of headphone types and come equipped with output connectors ranging from a standard 3.5 mm mini-plug to 2.5 mm or 4.4 mm balanced connectors. The HDC Series of cables come with either 6N OFC or AgA+ OFC wire for pure signal transmission, and have a twisted structure to reduce noise.
